• Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project implementation and ground operations for assigned locations.
• Drive project execution to achieve targets aligned with client and organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, government stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Monitor project performance and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Build, mentor, and manage field teams while strengthening team capacity.
• Resolve operational challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
• Support sustainable operational and revenue models for organizational growth.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to maximize project impact.

Required

• Qualifications & SkillsGraduate or Master's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
• 4–10 years of experience in project implementation, operations, or program management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the regional language.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team-handling abilities.
• Comfortable using MS Office, smartphones, and digital platforms.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including rural and remote locations.
• Passion for social impact and community development.
