🎯 What You'll DoAs an EdTech Sales Executive / Admissions Counsellor, you will:

• Handle leads generated through Instagram, Facebook & other digital campaigns

• Call and counsel prospective students and working professionals

• Understand their career goals, experience and learning requirements

• Explain the right Datamarcos program based on their profile

• Conduct effective sales conversations and product demos/counselling calls

• Handle objections related to fees, time, career outcomes, course relevance, etc.

• Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp

• Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments

• Maintain lead status and follow-up activities in CRM

• Work toward daily, weekly and monthly enrollment targets

• Coordinate with the academic/operations team for student onboarding

🔥 We Are Looking For Someone Who:✅ Has 1+ years of experience in EdTech sales / inside sales / admissions counselling

✅ Has a proven ability to convert leads into sales

✅ Has experience handling inbound leads from Meta Ads / Facebook / Instagram

✅ Is comfortable making high-volume calls and follow-ups

✅ Has strong communication and convincing skills

✅ Can understand customer pain points and conduct consultative sales conversations

✅ Is comfortable selling technical / professional courses

✅ Has a target-oriented mindset

✅ Can confidently handle objections and close deals

⭐ Preferred ExperienceExperience selling courses related to:

• Artificial Intelligence

• Generative AI

• Agentic AI

• Data Science

• Data Engineering

• Cloud Computing

• Software Development

• Cybersecurity

• Other professional upskilling programs

Candidates who have worked with working professionals / IT professionals will be preferred.
