Job Description
Position - Immigration Consultant (Female Candidates Preferred)
Salary - 20000 to 50000
Requirements:
Knowledge of Australia, New Zealand, and Canada immigration will be an added advantage.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients regarding suitable immigration, PR, work permit, and visa options.
- Understand client profiles, eligibility, career goals, and immigration requirements.
- Provide accurate information about immigration processes, documentation, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Handle client consultations from initial enquiry through application submission.
- Prepare and review client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration policies, visa categories, and government requirements.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions, applications, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Build strong professional relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve individual and team counselling/conversion targets.
