Admission Counsellor

Admission counsellor - will be responsible for driving admissions and revenue growth by managing the entire inside sales process for online university programs offered through the company’s EdTech platform. The role focuses on converting qualified leads into successful enrollments through consultative engagement, effective team leadership, and data-driven performance management.

The role focuses on converting qualified leads into successful enrollments through consultative engagement, effective team leadership, and data-driven performance management. 

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred. • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in admission counselling, preferably within EdTech or higher education companies. • Having experience of promoting/selling Online Degree programs will be an added advantage. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team. • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. • Proficiency in CRM tools (Meritto, LSQ, Extraedge, Salesforce, or similar), MS Office suite & Omni Channel Dialers. • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data and metrics. • Flexible to work extended hours or weekends as per business needs.
