Join our team as a Tele-caller, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our online/offline courses, handling inquiries, and building strong customer relationships. Ideal for energetic individuals with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our online/offline courses.
• Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information, handle inquiries, and resolve any customer issues.
• Maintain and update a database of contact details and call records.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong communication skills in Hinglish
• Excellent selling and negotiation abilities
• Confident, clear, and pleasant voice
• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
• Good listening and counselling skills
• High attention to detail and documentation
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / CRM
• Emotionally strong to handle rejections
