Job Title: Telecaller (EMI Collection)Job Description: Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our EMI Collection team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers with pending EMI payments, reminding them about their dues, and encouraging them to make timely payments. The company will provide the customer database and necessary support. Candidates should have good communication, follow-up, and convincing skills to effectively handle customer interactions and achieve collection targets. Experience in telecalling, collections, or customer service is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers whose EMI payments are pending.
• Inform customers about their overdue EMI and payment status.
• Convince and guide customers to make timely EMI payments.
• Follow up with customers regularly until payment is completed.
• Maintain proper call records and update customer responses.
• Achieve daily calling and collection targets.
