About the Role

This role involves managing delinquent or pre-delinquent customer accounts, engaging with customers through structured scripts, and driving recovery commitments while adhering to quality and compliance parameters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction s Account Handling

·        Contact delinquent / pre-delinquent account holders using predefined scripts and inform them about overdue status.

·        Obtain promise-to-pay commitments.

·        Answer queries about products or the company.

·        Ask questions to understand the customer’s issues or reason for default.

2. Call Documentation s CRM Updates·        Enter and update customer information and responses in the collections CRM.

3. Quality, Targets s Productivity·        Follow all call quality parameters.

·        Go the “extra mile” to achieve or exceed assigned targets.

·        Meet agent productivity and efficiency benchmarks on a continuous / real-time basis.

4. Team s Performance Contribution·        Exhibit team player skills.

·        Contribute to the Unit’s Collections Productivity C Efficiency benchmarks.

Key Skills and Attributes·    

    Young C dynamic individuals with good communication skills.

·        Proven experience as Tele-Collections / Tele-Sales / Service Associates.

·        Demonstrated track record of meeting collections / sales / service benchmarks.

Eligibility Criteria·        

DRA compulsory for this role.

·        Prior relevant experience in Tele-Collections / Tele-Sales / Service roles.

Compensation and Benefits·        

·        Performance-Linked Incentives: Up to 100% of fixed pay, linked to monthly/quarterly outcomes.
