We are looking for dedicated and highly motivated junior education counsellor to counsel, support and process student applications for various countries for study aboard.

Role and Responsibility:

• Contact potential or existing Students/ customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Involves Career Counseling & study advice
• Update student information in the database

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
2. Excellent knowledge of English
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
5. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Qualification:
