Job Description
Job Description – Telecaller
Ravi Art, a leading jute bag manufacturer, is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer enquiries and support the sales process. The candidate will be responsible for calling incoming enquiries, understanding customer requirements for customized and bulk jute bags, sharing product details and pricing, and regularly following up with potential customers. The role also includes maintaining proper records of calls and enquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and converting enquiries into business opportunities. Candidates should have good communication skills in Hindi and English, a polite and confident personality, and basic knowledge of computers, Excel, or CRM tools. Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer handling will be an advantage, although freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
