Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our growing Ayurvedic healthcare company in Delhi.
We are hiring for Tele sales agents, Team Leaders, Order Fulfillment Executive(Dispatch Coordinator) and Logistics & Supply Chain Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls daily to prospective leads.
- Educate customers on Ayurvedic medicines and treatments.
- Understand customer health issues to recommend products.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders.
- Handle customer objections professionally to close sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 10th Pass
- Experience: Freshers to 8 years in outbound tele sales.
- Skills: Active listening, and negotiation.
- Traits: High energy, persistence, and target-oriented mindset.
