Job Description
Job TitleTally Accountant
Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, billing, inventory records, and GST-related tasks using TallyPrime. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounts in TallyPrime
- Handle billing and inventory management
- Prepare purchase and sales entries
- Generate invoices, vouchers, and reports
- Maintain stock records and reconcile inventory
- Assist with GST billing and basic GST filing work
- Prepare financial reports using Excel
- Maintain documentation and reports in Word
- Handle bank reconciliation and ledger verification
- Support audit and accounting activities
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- TallyPrime
- Billing & Inventory Management
- Basic GST concepts
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
