About the RoleGS Institute is looking for a passionate and experienced English Spoken Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering engaging Spoken English classes, helping students improve their communication skills, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and overall confidence. Candidates with IELTS training experience will be given preference.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Spoken English classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.
• Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational English.
• Plan and deliver interactive classroom sessions.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practice materials.
• Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and personality development sessions.
• Motivate students to improve their speaking and communication skills.
• Maintain student attendance, performance records, and progress reports.
• Stay updated with modern teaching methods and learning techniques.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in English, Education, or any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience as an English Spoken Trainer.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain grammar concepts in a simple and practical way.
• Confident, energetic, and student-focused personality.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, PowerPoint, online teaching tools) is preferred.
• Preferred QualificationsIELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or other English language training experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience in personality development or soft skills training.
