SEO Intern – Job Description
Position: SEO Intern
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
Duration: 6 Months
Work Mode: Work From Home
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. The intern will work on real client and in-house projects and gain hands-on experience in SEO, content optimization, keyword research, and link building.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Assist with on-page SEO optimization
- Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal links
- Support off-page SEO and link-building activities
- Research and identify relevant backlink opportunities
- Assist in optimizing blogs and website content for search engines
- Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and website performance
- Work with Google Search Console and other SEO tools
- Maintain daily and weekly SEO reports
- Identify SEO issues and assist in implementing improvements
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current SEO practices
- Coordinate with the content and SEO team to complete assigned tasks
Requirements
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Good research and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of keyword research and on-page SEO
- Willingness to learn and work on real projects
- Good communication and written English skills
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools is a plus
- Students, freshers, and candidates who have completed an SEO course can apply
