Job Description

Position: Sales Executive – Personal Loan

Department: Personal Loan Sales


Job Responsibilities :

  • Generate Personal Loan business through open market, referrals, and direct sales.
  • Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
  • Collect and verify customer KYC and income documents.
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure quick disbursement and excellent customer service.


Eligibility :

  • Graduate/HSC (as per company policy).
  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in Personal Loan, Credit Card, Business Loan, CASA, Consumer Finance, or Direct Sales.
  • Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply (if applicable).
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Willingness to work in field sales.
