# Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive

**Position:** Sales & Marketing Executive

**Experience Required:** Minimum 4 years in Sales & Marketing of Industrial products. 

**Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

**Age Limit:** 25 to 40 years

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

* Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

* Present and promote the company's products and services to customers.

* Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

* Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

* Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

## Eligibility Criteria

* Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical engineering ,Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
