Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Logistics Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of goods from suppliers to customers. The role ensures timely deliveries, cost-effective transportation, and efficient inventory management while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation and shipment schedules.
• Track deliveries and ensure on-time dispatch and receipt.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and customers.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and delivery reports.
• Resolve delivery delays and logistics-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• Analyze logistics performance and recommend process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations (freshers may be considered for entry-level positions).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/logistics software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
