Sales Manager

Travel Plush – World Travel is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our travel sales operations and grow our domestic & international travel business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the travel sales team.
• Generate and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Sell international & domestic tour packages, flights, hotels and visa assistance.
• Handle high-value and luxury travel clients professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop customized travel packages based on client requirements and budgets.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve team performance.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs and other travel partners.
• Train, guide and motivate team members.
• Maintain regular sales reports and client records.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales/management.

Strong knowledge of international travel and holiday packages.

Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Target-oriented and confident in closing sales.

Experience in managing a sales team will be preferred.
