Job Description

  • Sales Team Leader – Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the sales team to achieve daily/monthly targets.
  • Monitor team performance and individual sales productivity.
  • Assign leads and ensure proper follow-up with customers.
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and motivation to team members.
  • Monitor calls, sales conversions, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales performance reports.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer-related issues.
  • Implement sales strategies to improve team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
