Job Description
Contact and qualify prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
* Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
* Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
* Schedule and coordinate site visits/ meetings with interested clients.
* Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into successful sales.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
