Packing Boy

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and hardworking Packaging Boy to handle the safe and proper packaging of our home décor products, including water fountains, statues, showpieces, and other fragile products. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are packed securely and are ready for dispatch without damage.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPack finished products safely according to company packaging standards.
• Handle fragile products such as statues, fountains, and decorative items carefully.
• Check products for visible damage before packaging.
• Use appropriate packaging materials such as foam, bubble wrap, thermocol, cartons, tape, and other protective materials.
• Ensure products are properly secured inside the packaging to prevent movement and breakage during transportation.
• Follow product-specific packaging instructions provided by the supervisor.
• Apply shipping labels, SKU labels, barcodes, and other required labels correctly.
• Assist in loading and unloading products whenever required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
• Keep track of packaging materials and inform the supervisor when stock is running low.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure orders are packed on time.
• Follow all company quality-control and safety procedures.
• Report any damaged product or packaging issue immediately to the supervisor.
• Perform other packaging and warehouse-related duties as assigned.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum education: 10th pass preferred.
• Previous experience in packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, or e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling products and cartons.
• Good attention to detail.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Able to follow instructions properly.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
• Basic understanding of product labels and quantities.
• Experience handling fragile products will be an advantage.

Performance ExpectationsThe employee will be expected to:

• Maintain zero avoidable packaging damage.
• Ensure correct products and quantities are packed.
• Complete daily packaging targets within the required timeline.
• Maintain proper packaging quality for every shipment.
• Keep the packaging area clean and organized.
• Follow all company packaging and dispatch procedures.

Working HoursFull-Time: As per company working schedule.

Overtime may be required during periods of high production or order volume.

SalarySalary: ₹__________ per month, depending on experience and skills.
