Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit banks for document submission and other official work.
  • Coordinate with the packing team for their daily operational requirements.
  • Coordinate the printing of digital stickers and labels.
  • Update customers regarding the dispatch status of their orders via phone and WhatsApp.
  • Schedule order pickups and deliveries using courier and logistics apps.
  • Maintain and update records in MS Excel and perform basic office documentation.
  • Any work activities related to the business
