Marketing Executive (Work From Office)

About the Role

We are a facade contractual company based in Vikaspuri, Delhi, working in aluminium doors, windows, and fenestration. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to manage our social media, handle customer enquiries, and help track our leads.

What You'll Do

• Manage the company's Instagram page (post photos, videos, and updates regularly)
• Keep the company website updated with latest work and information
• Answer incoming calls from customers asking about our services
• Follow up with customers who have shown interest, to convert them into clients
• Prepare simple reports on leads (how many calls came in, how many converted, etc.)

What We're Looking For

• Good knowledge of Instagram (posting, stories, basic content ideas)
• Comfortable using a computer
• Good with Excel (for making reports)
• Good with Google (Google search, Gmail, Google Sheets/Docs)
• At least 1 year of work experience (marketing/social media/office work)
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Polite and patient while talking to customers on phone

Good to Have (not compulsory)

• Experience in construction, interiors, or home improvement industry
