Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation: Assist cooks by cleaning, chopping, peeling, and cutting ingredients (vegetables, meat, etc.).
- Kitchen Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize work areas, countertops, equipment, utensils, and cooking vessels.
- Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers or hand-wash dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans; ensure clean items are properly stored.
- Stock & Inventory: Help unpack and organize food supplies, storeroom items, and cold storage properly.
- Waste Management: Dispose of trash, garbage, and kitchen waste according to hygiene guidelines.
- General Assistance: Support the kitchen staff during peak rush hours to ensure smooth service.
