Interior Site Supervisor

Job Description: Site Supervisor – Interior Projects

Experience: 4–5 Years

Industry: Interior Design / Fit-outs / Turnkey Projects

Job Summary:

Responsible for on-site execution of interior projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and as per design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects

- Execute work as per drawings, BOQs, and project timelines

- Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients

- Ensure proper manpower planning and material availability

- Monitor quality of work (carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, finishing, etc.)

- Maintain site safety standards and compliance

- Track project progress and report updates to management

- Handle site measurements and verification

- Resolve on-site issues and delays proactively

- Ensure proper documentation (site reports, work progress, bills verification)

Required Skills:

- Good understanding of interior execution (woodwork, false ceiling, flooring, painting, etc.)

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

- Strong coordination and communication skills

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability

- Knowledge of site safety and quality standards

Qualification:

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related field

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience in commercial or residential interior projects

- Ability to handle multiple sites (if required)

- Strong vendor and contractor management skills
