Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Delivery Boys / Delivery Executives.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct high-volume candidate calling and initial screening.
Explain job responsibilities, salary, incentives, working hours, location, and other employment conditions.
Screen candidates based on client requirements and job eligibility.
Coordinate interviews, selection, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates until their joining.
Ensure timely deployment of candidates at the required locations.
Maintain daily and monthly recruitment reports.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Coordinate with the Operations and Client Coordination teams regarding manpower requirements.
Handle candidate queries and provide appropriate recruitment-related support.
Ensure proper documentation and verification of candidates before deployment
