Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Handle employee joining, onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave and employee-related queries.
Coordinate payroll inputs, PF, ESI and other HR documentation.
Handle employee engagement and HR activities.
Support performance management and training activities.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Prepare HR reports and maintain proper HR records
