About the Role
Join as a Graduate Management Trainee and get hands-on training across sales, operations, and leadership from day one. This is a structured programme designed to take you from trainee to manager — real fieldwork, real responsibility, not classroom theory.
What You'll Do
- Rotate across sales, operations, and team coordination to build all-round business skills
- Support campaign planning and execution alongside senior team members
- Track performance metrics and assist with reporting
- Learn team coaching and client-handling under senior leadership
- Progress through a structured training path toward a management role
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required (any stream)
- Strong communication and leadership potential
- Target-driven, hungry to grow
