Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day transportation operations and coordinate with drivers for timely pickups and deliveries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Part Load (PL) and Full Load (FL) operations, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with drivers and transporters to ensure timely vehicle placement, pickup, and delivery.

* Manage Part Load (PL) and Full Load (FL) shipments efficiently.

* Plan routes and monitor vehicle movement to ensure on-time deliveries.

* Maintain regular communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams.

* Resolve transit-related issues and provide timely shipment updates.

* Update shipment details and maintain records in CRM and Microsoft Excel.

* Prepare daily logistics reports, trip status, and delivery updates.

* Coordinate with warehouses and customers for smooth dispatch and delivery operations.

* Ensure all logistics documentation is accurate and complete.

Requirements

* 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination.

* Hands-on experience in Part Load (PL) and Full Load (FL) operations is mandatory.

* Strong coordination skills with drivers and transporters.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.

* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
