• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, references, and market research.
• Meet architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners to promote company products.
• Conduct product presentations and explain the features and benefits of Tostem aluminium windows and doors.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update the sales pipeline regularly.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally during exhibitions, promotional events, and client meetings.
