Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Verify drivers’ local addresses and documents
- Onboard and train new drivers
- Track attendance, login hours, trips, and performance
- Handle daily driver communication and operational issues
- Ensure drivers achieve daily revenue and trip targets
- Support vehicle handover, servicing, breakdowns, and replacements
- Maintain daily reports and driver records
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in field operations or driver management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable with field visits and mobile applications
- Knowledge of four-wheeler driving with a valid driving licence is preferred
- Two-wheeler ownership is preferred
