Electrical Safety Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead the quality assurance process for all Electrical Safety and Energy Audit reports by reviewing technical accuracy, completeness, supporting evidence, calculations, compliance, and the quality of recommendations before submission to clients.

Review and standardise audit SOPs by converting them into accreditation-ready documents. Develop and maintain controlled templates, checklists, and documentation, while ensuring periodic revisions based on field learnings, non-conformities (NCs), regulatory updates, and client feedback.

Identify, apply for, manage, and renew institutional empanelments with State Electrical Inspectorates (CEIG), State Designated Agencies (SDAs), BEE-linked programmes, banks, PSUs, utilities, government departments, and other relevant organisations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (Master's preferred).

5–8 years of experience in Electrical Safety Audits, Energy Audits, Quality Assurance, or Compliance.

Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, audit methodologies, and technical documentation.

Experience in managing government/PSU empanelments and regulatory documentation will be an added advantage.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
