E-commerce Executive (Ayurvedic & Pharma Products)

We are hiring an E-Commerce Executive (Ayurvedic & Pharma OTC) for our Delhi-based business. The candidate will be responsible for managing online sales on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our website, including product listing with SEO, order processing, inventory management, and dispatch coordination. The role also involves handling returns, maintaining account health, running basic ads/promotions, and responding to customer queries via WhatsApp and calls. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in Ayurvedic, pharma, or OTC products, along with basic knowledge of marketplace panels, Excel, and good communication skills. Experience in digital marketing or medical store operations will be an added advantage.
