WE ARE HIRING: E-commerce Operations Executive (Female Preferred)

📍 Location: Vijay Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi

🕙 Office Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, Mon to Sat

💼 Job Type: Full-time, In-office

🎓 Experience: Fresher to 2 years

💰 Annual Package: ₹1,20,000–₹1,80,000

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to manage the day-to-day ecommerce operations of our jewellery business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update jewellery product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra

• Update product images, descriptions, prices, SKUs and stock

• Process customer orders and print invoices and shipping labels

• Pick, check, pack and dispatch jewellery orders

• Maintain physical and digital inventory records

• Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries

• Track returns, exchanges, RTOs and cancelled orders

• Maintain order and stock records in Excel or Google Sheets

• Handle basic seller-panel and marketplace-related tasks

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and other tools for listings, descriptions and daily work

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

• Good attention to detail

• Honest, punctual and organised

• Willingness to learn ecommerce seller panels and AI tools

Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, inventory management or AI tools will be an advantage.

Candidate Preference:

• Female candidates will be preferred

• Preference will be given to candidates from West Delhi, especially those living near Uttam Nagar East Metro Station or nearby areas
