Job SummaryE Sound Technology is looking for an experienced Debt Recovery Agent to handle customer follow-ups and loan recovery activities. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers on scheduled dates, following up on pending loan payments, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding loan amounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Make follow-up calls to customers on specific and scheduled dates.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending loan payments and outstanding dues.
• Handle loan recovery cases and ensure timely payment collection.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repayment schedules.
• Remind customers about upcoming and overdue payments.
• Track customer commitments and follow up on promised payment dates.
• Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, customer responses, and recovery status.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding pending and recovered loans.
• Achieve assigned recovery and follow-up targets.
• Handle customer queries related to loan repayment and outstanding amounts.
• Conduct field visits when required for loan recovery and customer follow-up.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass or above.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in loan recovery, collection, telecalling, or financial services.
• Experience in Personal Loans or Two-Wheeler Loans preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have a Two-Wheeler and valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
• DRA Certificate preferred.
• Willingness to handle field recovery activities when required.
