  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner 
  • Assist customers with product-related information, orders, payments, and delivery queries 
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring high customer satisfaction 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups 
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, category, operations) to resolve issues 
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and customer service standards
