Job Description
Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
Cook and prepare dishes as per standard recipes.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
Store food items properly using FIFO/FEFO.
Assist in receiving and checking kitchen supplies.
Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef during service.
Maintain kitchen SOPs and company standards.
Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
