Position: Business Facilitator – Consumer Durable Loan

Location: East Delhi – Croma, Apple & Reliance Stores

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

Salary: ₹19,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Work Mode: Work From Store

About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Facilitator to promote and facilitate Consumer Durable Loans at leading retail stores such as Croma, Apple and Reliance.

The candidate will be responsible for approaching customers, explaining suitable EMI/finance options, completing loan documentation, and ensuring successful loan conversion and disbursal.

• Key ResponsibilitiesApproach customers at assigned retail stores and understand their purchase requirements.
• Promote Consumer Durable Loans for:
• TV
• Refrigerator
• Washing Machine
• Air Conditioner
• Mobile Phones
• Laptops
• Other eligible consumer durable products
• Explain EMI, finance and applicable loan options to customers.
• Convert eligible customers into successful loan applications.
• Assist customers with KYC, application forms and required documentation.
• Coordinate with Bank/NBFC teams for loan processing and approval.
• Follow up on pending applications and ensure timely disbursal.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly loan disbursal targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company and financial partner processes.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in BFSI Sales, Retail Sales, Loan Sales or related fields.
• 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong sales, convincing and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Ability to work in a retail/store environment.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Freshers with relevant retail sales experience/background may also apply.
