Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Process

Job Summary:

Akiko Global Services Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to support our loan process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining loan products, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.

- Explain Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, and Overdraft Loan products.

- Generate and qualify leads based on customer requirements.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

- Update customer information and call records in the CRM/system.

- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for seamless loan processing.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

- Ensure professional communication and high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or the BFSI sector is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
