Job Description

Hiring: Works Manager /Assistant Works Manager(EV Automobile)📍 Location: Gurugram / Ghazipur

💰 Salary: As per Company Norms and experience

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day workshop and production operations.
  • Ensure timely vehicle assembly, repairs, and service delivery.
  • Lead production, quality, maintenance, and workshop teams.
  • Monitor productivity, safety, inventory, and operational costs.
  • Implement process improvements and ensure quality standards.
  • Coordinate with planning, stores, and service departments.
  • RequirementsDiploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5–10 years of experience in the Automobile/EV industry.
  • Strong leadership, workshop management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of EV systems, production processes, and quality standards.
