Job Description

Job Title: Accounts & Operations Executive – E-commerce (D2C Fashion Brand)

Location: Delhi (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with relevant coursework welcome)

Industry: Fashion / E-commerce / D2C


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounts including GST calculation, invoicing, and reconciliation
  • Track and manage order fulfillment across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, marketplaces)
  • Monitor payment tracking and follow-ups with vendors/customers
  • Support basic HR operations (attendance, documentation, coordination)
  • Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for order management
  • Maintain accurate records for inventory and vendor payments
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and expense tracking
  • Stock Maintainence
  • Production Maintainence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
  • Working knowledge of GST, Tally/Excel, and basic bookkeeping
  • Familiarity with e-commerce order management (Shopify experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
