Job Description
*Job Description* – NRI Customer Support Executive
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- MBA (Banking & Finance preferred) or equivalent Post Graduate qualification
- Male candidates preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) and Hindi
- Strong written communication and customer handling skills
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle NRI customer queries, service requests, and complaints via email
- Respond to customer emails within defined TAT
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Contact customers over phone when required
- Ensure high-quality customer service while adhering to operational and compliance guidelines
*Work Schedule:*
- Rotational shifts as per business requirements
- Rotational working on public and bank holidays
- Shift timings may vary based on operational needs
