Job Description
- Handle complete Import Documentation & Customs Clearance process.
- Coordinate with CHA, Customs, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders & Transporters.
- Prepare and verify Bill of Entry, Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB and other import documents.
- Handle CHA Costing, Customs Duty, Freight, CFS/Port Charges & other import expenses.
- Check and verify CHA bills and import costing.
- Track shipments and ensure timely clearance.
- Maintain import records and prepare basic MIS/Costing reports.
- Good knowledge of HS Code, Customs Duty, BCD, IGST & Import Procedures required.
- Good MS Excel, coordination and communication skills.
Preferred: Experience in Import-Export / Trading / Pulses & Grains industry.
