🚨 Hiring: Telecaller (Work at Clinic) – Orthopaedic Clinic

📍 Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai (On-Site Only)

Prime Care 360 Orthopaedic & Joint Care is looking for a dedicated Telecaller / Patient Relationship Executive to manage patient enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.

Eligibility

* ✅ Candidate must be from Navi Mumbai (Nearby locations preferred)

* ✅ Marathi is compulsory

* ✅ Fluent in English and Hindi

* ✅ Minimum 1 year of telecalling/front desk/customer service experience

* ✅ Experience in a clinic or hospital will be preferred

* ✅ Good communication and convincing skills

* ✅ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web)

* ❌ Freshers, please do not apply.

Job Responsibilities

* Call patients who enquire through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads

* Book OPD and online consultation appointments

* Follow up with patients and remind them of appointments

* Answer patient queries professionally

* Maintain patient records and update CRM/Excel

* Coordinate with the doctor and clinic staff

* Encourage patient feedback and Google reviews after consultation

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
