Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive - Inbound Customer Service
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Band: Band 1
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Education:
- HSC Passed
- Graduates from any discipline
✅ Experience:
- Freshers Welcome
- Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience preferred
- Key Skills Required Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good command over English & Hindi/Punjabi.
- Customer-centric approach
- Ability to handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Shift Timing🕗 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
