About the RoleCreative Animation Institute is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Career Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right career path in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, UI/UX, Game Design, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and Digital Media.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to understand student aspirations, and a strong focus on counselling, admissions, and achieving enrolment targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and industry scope.
• Understand students' interests, educational backgrounds, and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
• Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Explain course structure, duration, fees, eligibility, career opportunities, and placement assistance.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
• Coordinate with the academic and management teams for student counselling and admissions.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, career counselling sessions, and promotional activities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely updates in the CRM or lead management system.
• Address student and parent queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Stay updated about the institute's courses, curriculum, industry trends, and career opportunities.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in career counselling, educational counselling, student counselling, or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Comfortable working with students, parents, and young professionals.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
• Candidates with experience in the education, animation, VFX, graphic design, or creative industry will be preferred.
