Job Description
* Conduct legal audits of bank loan files and property documents.
* Prepare and vet title search reports, legal audit reports, vetting reports, affidavits, and indemnity bonds.
* Examine title documents, revenue records, and encumbrances to provide legal opinions.
* Ensure compliance with applicable property and banking laws.
* Coordinate with banks, clients, and government authorities for legal documentation and verification.
*Qualifications & Experience*
* LL.B.
* 2–5 years of experience in property law, title verification, legal audits, and banking documentation.
*Skills*
* Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of property laws, mortgage documentation, and due diligence.
* Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple assignments independently.
