Job Description

स्टोअर कीपर – जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शनठिकाण: नाशिक, महाराष्ट्र

विभाग: स्टोअर्स

रिपोर्टिंग: स्टोअर्स इन्चार्ज / स्टोअर्स हेड

पदाचा उद्देश:

कच्चा माल, कॉम्पोनंट्स, स्पेअर पार्ट्स व कंझ्युमेबल्स यांची योग्य पद्धतीने आवक, साठवण, वितरण व स्टॉक नियंत्रण करणे आणि उत्पादनासाठी आवश्यक साहित्य वेळेवर उपलब्ध करून देणे.

मुख्य जबाबदाऱ्या:

  • आलेल्या साहित्याची PO/GRN नुसार तपासणी व नोंद करणे.
  • स्टॉक रजिस्टर / ERP / Excel मध्ये अचूक नोंदी ठेवणे.
  • अधिकृत मागणीनुसार Production ला साहित्य वितरित करणे.
  • स्टॉक लेव्हल, कमी-जास्त स्टॉक व स्लो-मूव्हिंग मटेरियलवर लक्ष ठेवणे.
  • साहित्याची योग्य ओळख, लेबलिंग, स्टोरेज व FIFO पद्धतीने व्यवस्था करणे.
  • नियमित Physical Stock Verification व Reconciliation करणे.
  • Purchase, Production, Quality आणि Accounts विभागाशी समन्वय साधणे.
  • स्टोअरमध्ये स्वच्छता, 5S, सुरक्षितता व मटेरियल सिक्युरिटी राखणे.
  • स्टॉक शॉर्टेज, डॅमेज किंवा तफावत त्वरित वरिष्ठांना कळवणे.
  • दैनंदिन/साप्ताहिक स्टॉक व मटेरियल मूव्हमेंट रिपोर्ट तयार करणे.

शैक्षणिक पात्रता व अनुभव:

  • पदवीधर.
  • Manufacturing/Engineering उद्योगातील 2–4 वर्षांचा अनुभव प्राधान्याने.
  • ERP, MS Excel, GRN, Inventory Control व Stock Reconciliation चे मूलभूत ज्ञान.
  • चांगली अचूकता, शिस्त, प्रामाणिकपणा, जबाबदारीची भावना व समन्वय कौशल्य आवश्यक.
