Job Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic female candidate to join our team as an Inside Sales Executive for Gold Testing Machines. The role involves managing inbound sales inquiries, building customer relationships, and driving conversions to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide detailed information about our gold testing machines.
• Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the field sales team to support the overall sales process.
• Prepare and share quotations, product details, and other required documentation with clients.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through prompt support and follow-ups.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers over phone calls and emails.
• Organized and efficient in handling multiple inquiries and maintaining records.
• Familiarity with sales processes or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the gold or jewelry industry is a plus.
