Job Description
Position: Sales Officer
Department: Sales
Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new business through dealer and channel partner networks.
- Identify and acquire potential customers for loan products.
- Assist customers in completing loan application forms.
- Conduct KYC verification and collect required documents.
- Visit customers in the field to generate and develop business.
- Coordinate loan documentation and ensure timely disbursement.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate (Freshers can apply) or Undergraduate.
- Experience:6 months to 1 year of field sales experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Consumer Durables, Credit Cards, Personal Loan, Home Loan, Auto Loan, Gold Loan, or any loan segment.
- Undergraduates must have a minimum of 2 years of field sales experience.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹2.08 LPA (Approx. ₹14,000 Net Take Home) + Attractive Incentives
