About the Company

Modigold is a leading manufacturer of Garden Pipes, Shade Nets, Tarpaulins, and other agricultural and industrial products. We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to expand our dealer and distributor network across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential dealers and distributors.
• Introduce the company's products and explain their features and benefits.
• Generate new dealer and distributor leads.
• Qualify prospects and understand their business requirements.
• Follow up with interested prospects until registration or order confirmation.
• Maintain daily call records and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, samples, and order processing.
• Build long-term relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English/ Hindi.
• Basic English communication and email writing.
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
